No way

There is no way for areas downwind of cloud seeding to know the amount of chemicals, the weather patterns, what days of the week the cloud seeding is performed. 

Is it during the week so that weekends downwind are in grey cloud gloom???

Long term dangers of cloud seeding rears it's head

The iodide released into clouds worldwide may be dangerous to pregnant women, cause thyroid disease and mental retardation . ... Since no one knows the exact fate of silver or iodine in human metabolism it cannot be said that chemicals used in cloud seeding are not toxic.
