/A bright sunny day predicted and so far weird gloomy skies

In the local weather info prediction:

Skies today in the Twin Cities look orange and hazy and  evidently this is smoke high in the atmosphere from wild fires far to the northwest in Alberta. 

Upper level winds today through Monday will bring smoky skies through Minnesota at times.
